What I’m Loving Wednesday
When I find something good, whether it’s an app or a product, podcast or decor, I have to share it. Here’s a list of 5 things I am absolutely loving right now!

1. I’m LOVING the Homer App
I’ve had the opportunity to try the Homer app with my kids and I am thoroughly impressed. We often struggle with the kids constantly asking to watch TV and, as a busy working mama, I have allowed the TV to “babysit” my kiddos so I could get work done. The pandemic was particularly hard that way and the mom guilt is REAL.
Then Homer reached out and asked if I would try the app with my kids and see what they thought. Homer is an app that focuses on reading, math, social and emotional learning, thinking skills, and creativity. Now, we are HOOKED!
There are several things I really like about Homer: the activities are all geared to your child’s age and abilities; I get an email for both of my kids with summaries of what they’ve recently done on the app as well as ideas on how to build upon what they’ve learned; and there are over 1000 activities on the app so the kids never get bored.
Since we’ve introduced Homer to our kids, they are actually asking to play on the app instead of watching TV. Since then, I’ve noticed the boys counting items, adding numbers, telling vivid stories with a beginning, middle, and end, recognizing more letters and letter sounds, and Ethan’s even noting two and three letter combinations for different sounds and words.
This is screen time I do not mind at all!

2. I am LOVING Teal Moon Creations
While at the Rustic Grains Co. Mustard Seed Market, I ran into the sweetest small business owner of Team Moon Creations. I know there are many really great tiered tray decor makers, but her decor was different to me for three reasons.
First, the variety and detail of her tiered tray decor is unlike anything I’ve seen before. She has so many variations for more themes than I’ve seen before as well. She has the option on her Etsy site to buy the decor painted or pre-painted so you could use your own colors to match your decor. And finally, she packages each theme together so you can buy a whole package and the price is super affordable!

3. I am LOVING Snow Teeth Whitening
Over the last 5 years or so, I have really become self conscious of my teeth as they have yellowed significantly (in my opinion). However, every time I have tried to use a whitening product, whether it’s a toothpaste or a strip, it either hasn’t worked as well as I had hoped or it made my teeth SUPER sensitive.
I started seeing some of my friends posting about SNOW teeth whitening products and probably around the 10th time I finally decided to give it a try.
I AM HOOKED!!!
I AM HOOKED! You guys, not only does it work, but I have had ZERO sensitivity as a result. Even when I use it every day for weeks at a time, I have not experienced any sensitivity.

4. I am LOVING the Marco Polo App
My girlfriends and I are super busy, working on living our best lives. We have very different schedules and live far apart so it’s often really hard to catch up.
That is why I am loving the Marco Polo App! We get to leave video messages (or just voice messages if you want) for each other so we can see each other’s faces, fill each other in on all of the details of life, and communicate back and forth–ALL ON OUR OWN TIME!
If I cannot get to a message one day, it’s no big deal. It doesn’t disappear or expire. We get a lot of the benefits of see each other face to face and stay in contact when we can.

5. I am LOVING Honey & Ice Jewelry
I had the pleasure of meeting Taunya, the owner of Homey and Ice jewelry company at the Uplift Retreat (which if you haven’t been to that retreat and you’re into influencing or content creation on social media, you must go!).
She is the absolute sweetest, really creative, and a total boss babe. Her company,based in Utah, creates one of a kind gold and silver (honey and ice) jewelry that can be dressed up or down. Her jewelry is feminine, beautiful, and expertly crafted. No matter your style, you can find a lot on her website for yourself, your friends, and family. They make impressive gifts!
