1/2 seedless watermelon 4 oz feta cheese 1/2 cup basil leaves 2-4 tbsp balsamic glaze
Cut your watermelon and feta cheese into cubes. Set aside separately. Cut your basil into small strips.
You stack several basil leaves without the stems. Roll the leaves up together. Cut the roll into thin sections and let them unravel into thin ribbons.
It really doesn't get easier than that! Put your watermelon cubes into a bowl, add cubed feta cheese on top and the basil ribbons on top of that. Then take your balsamic glaze and drizzle it across the bowl, side to side.
