Let's get started!
Not only should you set your goals for the month and the steps you can take to meet them, but you should review your goals for the previous month. Learn from successes and failures.
Write them down. Put them where you will see them daily. Keep them in mind when doing everything else.

Take stock of your set events as well as the things you need to do at some point and your goals for the month. Write down things like birthdays, appointments, travel, kids' events.
Do you best to balance your weeks by moving around the flexible projects.
Again, not only should you plan for the month ahead, but you should take stock in where you ended the month before. Schedule all of your bills and make a plan for anything left over.
Schedule ahead so you do not miss any payment deadlines.
Toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, lotion, feminine products, baby diapers . . . anything you're almost out of and know you will use daily/weekly. Make a list and it all at once.
Yes, the first time you do this it may take the whole month. But, if you then keep up with it, the next month will be much faster. Delete apps you haven't used off of your home. Back up the photos you've taken on your phone. And make a copy of the notes you've made.
Throw out the garbage, take out the things you do not need to carry around (hello kids socks and miniature arm toy), and put things like pens and lipgloss in their usual pockets. Also, add the things you need in there. Replace the hair tie you used, add more business cards, replace the lotion you emptied.
Put your laundry away, hang clothes you didn't wear, put your accessories back in their place, put your shoes on the shelf. Having it all visible and in one place or where it should be will help you get ready for your day/week faster. You could also curate some outfits for the month, especially for events you know about in advance.
Get rid of the old and expired food and left overs. Clean the shelves with disinfecting cleaner. Organize your food into categories & systems that make sense to you.
If you schedule your workouts and plan for them in advance, you are more likely to actually do them. Plus, seeing them on the calendar together can help you balance them with other active days. Schedule in advance to work out with friends.
