By Design of Your Life
One of the most common questions I'm asked is how I fit in everything--I'm a full time attorney, mom of 2 boys, wife, sister, blogger, designer, and content creator.
Not only should you make a To Do List but you should prioritize it, with the most important items to be done that day at the top.
By actively multi-tasking, I mean actually doing several things at once. You can have a load of laundry running downstairs, but focus on doing one task at a time.
It's easy to be distracted when 10 different ideas pop into your head and your mind wants to go do those things instead of what's in front of you.
I keep a notepad on my desk and a list on my phone where I can write the ideas and then go right back to my task.
Start with your least favorite task so you do not procrastinate and you gain momentum after that.
It's amazing how much you can get done before everyone else in my house is awake. I'm so much more productive when I'm up early.
When you're well rested, you've exercised, you've eaten healthy foods, your mind and body just perform better and y0u get more done.
